What can I say, there are not enough words in the English language to portray the excellence in service I recieved from Natasha. She took on to her books my late mothers park home and worked tirelesly to market and sell the property, well thats her job, I hear you say. Well given the emotionally sensitive nature of this sale her drive, compassion and sensitivity made this, though emotional, a bearable process. And now the property is in the hands of the new owners and my family and I can start to close this chapter. Before contacting Natahsa, we’d tried 2 different estate agents, both seemed fine, but after the initial flurry of interest and viewings, if nothing progressed, we felt forgotten. It was hard to get hold of the agents, regularly leaving voicemails with no reply and we didn’t receive feedback after viewings unless we chased for it. We even had viewings booked in by ‘the office’ without being informed. Coming to Natasha was like a breath of fresh air, she is honest, supportive and a fantastic communicator. She worked hard to generate viewings, fed back to us after each one and kept us (and our buyer) informed every step of the way. Words can’t describe how fantastic Natasha is not just as an estate agent but as a person. Losing my mother at the age of 54, my world was turned upside down. With my mum making her boss the executor, life was made very difficult for me to proceed with selling her property. Natasha listened to me and my situation and took me as a person that needed help as I had been struggling to get my mums property on the market.
